1. How do I place an order?

Sorry that my website is not an online store. I still work the old-fashioned way… But buying is still very simple: Fill out the form on the “Contacts” page, where you can specify the product code, ask any questions you may have, or send me an email — I will get back to you shortly. After answering all your questions, I will send you an invoice, and once the payment is received, I will ship the product to you.

If the product is in stock, you need to pay 100% of the price and the shipment will be made quickly. If the product is not in stock and needs to be made to order, you need to pay 50% of the price and wait 4–8 weeks for production. After that, just before shipping, you will pay the remaining 50% (I can send photos of the production process, packaging, etc.).

Important!   If you have the possibility to pay from a company with a VAT number (which allows me to apply a 0% VAT rate — for everyone except Finland), I offer a 10% discount…!

2. Where does the wood come from?
All the wood is personally selected and sourced from Southern Europe — including Italy, Spain, and the Balkan countries.

3. How is the wood dried?
The wood is naturally dried for at least 5 years, reaching a moisture content of 7–9%. This ensures long-term stability and durability.

4. Why use C-profiles?
C-profiles are essential to prevent the tabletop from warping over time, especially due to changes in humidity and temperature.

5. What is the delivery time?
Typically 2–8 weeks, depending on your order and design. If the table is in stock, I’ll ship it right away.

6. Where is the production located?
Everything is handcrafted with care in Finland. More details are available on the Contact page.

7. Is delivery free?
Yes, shipping is included. No hidden fees.
